Jimmy Kimmel is a Fucking Moron

Jimmy Kimmel is a fucking moron and a demagogue to boot. His kid has a heart problem, ya I get that. My brother who I take care of has cerebral palsy since birth. Deal with it! I don’t go around browbeating liberals using my brother as a ploy.

Kimmel is saying that though he can afford to get his kid open heart surgery, that there are somehow all these other kids out there dying from lack of open-heart surgeries. Well where are these poor kids Jimmy??? If there are so many of them why haven’t you brought a few of them on your show? Or better yet why don’t you put your money where your mouth is and pay for these other kid’s surgeries yourself if you really care so much about them. Rather than lecturing me with your bleeding heart about how the government must somehow be economically responsible (made to pay) for every unfortunate circumstance under the sun. Maybe you should consider spending 100k and several years of your life doing something more useful, LIKE BECOMING A DOCTOR YOURSELF, and then treat them for free – instead of lecturing everyone else from your comedic ivory tower. There are plenty of socialist medicine nations. Here is a list of them. Please move there if you like socialism so much! Feel free!!! :

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_socialist_states

In my experience if you are poor or disabled, Medicare/Medicaid DOES PAY FOR IT!!!

The dim-witted idea Kimmel has that somehow the surgery will become magically ‘free’ if Uncle Sam pays for it is laughable. Regardless of who pays for it, an open heart surgery is expensive. It does not become ‘free’ simply because the state foots the bill. The nation is 20 TRILLION DOLLARS IN DEBT. Can you get that through your thick skull? Its practically broke, if it were not for Fed Reserve subsidized interest rates at 1 percent. Interest rates at any normalcy of 3-5 percent would turn USA into Puerto Rico over night, and people would also lose their houses as their mortgage payments increased.

Having the government pay for things kills competition. When all costs are tacked onto the debt, it is your children, plus your children’s children whose futures are being comprised. Do you want their future to be one of being TAXED TO DEATH to pay for your freebees? In the name of your moral superiority complex??

My sound engineer Tom, a friend since high school, has seen his premiums increase by $500 a month since Obamacare socialized medicine passed. There is nothing compassionate about that. And his care is no better than it was before. More proof that big government is a TOTAL FAIL.

So the next time you hear some moron comedian tell you to just have the government pay for everything think to yourself : Isn’t this covered under Medicare/Medicaid already? And can the government really afford to pay 100 percent of everyone’s medical bills, on top of Hurricane relief and the rest of the largely socialist system we live in?? Can our already broke-ass government afford to pay for every unfortunate exorbitant Act of God under the sun, on the backs of excessive taxes/ reduced services on future generations?

The answer is a resounding NO. Only a complete moron would even dare suggest doing so in good conscience.

Stick to comedy, you fucking schmuk!

Kick McCain Out of the GOP

McCain has done it again. Having already helped the Obamacare repeal fail a few weeks ago, he is going to try and kill the Lindsey Graham Obamacare overhaul. This new bill is good. It would give the states more control over the healthcare system, while preserving coverage for those with pre-existing conditions. I have a pre-existing condition, as does my father, brother, mother, gf, and just about everyone I know. So I am not some heartless beast. My father is a doctor (radiologist) and he has explained to me the economics of healthcare – namely that NOTHING IS FREE. I liked this plan since I first heard about it 3 weeks ago. Very solid.

Lindsey Graham is McStain’s best pal. It is disturbing that McStain wants to preserve the commie centralized health care system at all costs. He has shown that he does not have America’s best interests at heart.

1. McCain supported ISIS ‘Syrian rebels’

http://thehill.com/homenews/senate/320709-mccain-made-secret-trip-to-Syria

and what’s with the ISIS soundstage pic, allegedly leaked from his staff?

2. He supported the Libyan rebels, which have turned Libya from the richest African state, into a miserably poor failed state. http://www.cnn.com/2011/WORLD/africa/04/22/mccain.libya/index.html

3. Was involved in the S & L scandal in the 80s.

4. He was involved in the Abscam scandal.

http://www.nytimes.com/1989/11/18/us/special-counsel-is-voted-in-ethics-case.html?mcubz=0

5. His torture and bravery in Nam were exaggerated, according to other American POW’s eyewitness accounts.

http://www.alternet.org/story/95825/i_spent_years_as_a_pow_with_john_mccain%2C_and_his_finger_should_not_be_near_the_red_button

6. He instigated the bogus Russia investigation into Trump by pressing commie traitor James Comey in investigating the baloney matter.

http://www.mcclatchydc.com/news/nation-world/national/article160622854.html

7. As you may remember, he killed the Obamacare repeal effort a few weeks ago. This, despite the fact his party was elected with that at the top of it’s platform this past November. Maybe that bill was too harsh. However, the Graham bill is not. No excuse for this!

8. McCain is part of the Deep State, and is likely a source of many damaging leaks against the Trump administration, via classified info he gets as head of Armed Services Committee and other committees.

https://www.mccain.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/committee-assignments

9. McCain has been radically pro completely excessive immigration oriented, despite the fact that 911 (my uncle lives in Manhattan blocks away) and other major terrorist attacks like the Boston Marathon and San Bernardino (which was close to where my dad lives so I take it even more personally) attacks were a result.

http://www.breitbart.com/2016-presidential-race/2016/07/23/john-mccain-poster-boy-establishment-illegal-immigration-dishonesty/

10. McCain’s runs for president were pathetic and hurt the party. His VP pick Sarah Palin is a pea-brained soccer mom, though conservative. And she made GOP women look like a laughing stock, which hurt the image of conservatives.

GOP should hold a formal Senate vote revoking his party affiliation, and should immediately strip him of all chairmanships. Conservatives should make every effort to fund primary challengers to McCain in the next election he is up. JD Hayworth https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/J._D._Hayworth , former Arizona Congressman, and talk radio show host was brave and challenged him unsuccessfully last time. He should have gotten more support. I spoke with him once on talk radio and he was very polite to me compared to others. He was a signee of the Contract with America, which brought a renaissance to Congress in the 90s.

End of the World as We Know It?

It started with the total solar eclipse several weeks ago. Here in Salinas, it was over-cast. We could not see it. Nothing has happened here since. Could it be that places which saw the eclipse more are having ominous catastrophe?

Joel 2:10 states: Before them the earth quakes, The heavens tremble, The sun and the moon grow dark And the stars lose their brightness.

Since then we had a Cuban Missile Crisis style stand-off with North Korea, which continues to escalate. USA has also threatened to invade Venezuela. And helped blockade Quatar. There will be wars and rumors of wars.

Revelation 6:12 states : I looked when He broke the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth made of hair, and the whole moon became like blood;

By the way, a blood moon is a colloquial term for a total lunar eclipse, since a lunar eclipse often appears red.

US Naval vessels have crashed. 3 or 4 already this year. Unexplained!http://www.cnn.com/2017/08/21/politics/navy-ships-accidents/

Hurricane after hurricane has battered Puerto Rico, Houston, Florida, Bermuda, Dominica, and more. Puerto Rico was already broke from socialism, and now it has no power or food for the next 6 months.

Mexico got shaken to destruction by a major earthquake, killing over 25o people.

In Orange County and end of the world emergency warning was broadcast on the TV airwaves. http://losangeles.cbslocal.com/2017/09/21/emergency-broadcast-end-of-the-world/

Burma has genocide going on too. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2017/sep/02/erdogan-accuses-myanmar-of-genocide-against-rohingya

I pray for all those who are affected. I knew things would get bad, so I prepped. Stacked silver, bought a vessel as a safe-house so I have two pads, moved to the middle of nowhere (compared to where I was). Abundant fishing available by my boat. Most of the world’s food supply is grown where I currently live. Giant fields of agriculture by my house.

Its the end of the world as we know it. I feel fine.

Screw R.E.M.. Well Ok they were overplayed, but had some great songs after-all. The black metal band Satyricon said it best in their song Dawning of a New Age from the Nemesis Divina album:

“And I looked, and behold a pale horse:
And his name that sat on him was Death
and Hell followed him. And power was given
unto them over the fourth part of the earth,
to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death,

and with the beasts of the earth”.
And then again “I saw and beheld, a black horse;
And he that sat on him had a scythe; And a crown
was given unto him and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

And there was a great earthquake, and the sun became black
as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood.
And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth,
even as a fig tree castethher untimely figs,
when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together,
and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.”
Almighty mountains and rocks, I beg you fall on them.
For the great day of wrath is coming, and who shall be able to stand?

Fever – 80’s Aussie Noir

Sometimes we find hidden treasures on VHS at Goodwill. This is the case with 1988’s “Fever,” a 1988 film noir from Australia that unexpectedly impresses. To fully appreciate it, you have to know that it is a remake of “Diabolique,” the classic French movie about 2 women who kill an abusive man. Or do they? In this movie, an honest cop (played by the great Bill Hunter) finds drug money and is promptly murdered by his wife and lover. Or is he?

This movie is good because it takes all the film noir clichés and transplants them to 1988 Australia. This film portrays Australia as a desolate place and so it becomes easy to understand why the characters want a way out. As the double-crosses and shootouts ensue, it becomes easy to get swept up in it because it is done really well.

Overall I really enjoyed the rad Australian desert setting of the car chase scenes. The love triangle in the film was sleazy, but memorable, as the cop comes home and finds his wife in bed with a stranger. The husband gets hit on the head, and assumed to be dead for most of the entire film – before popping up suddenly from the trunk at the end. Australian movies from the 80s and 90s always seemed to gave the right amount of boob action, didn’t they??

At the center of it all is the late and great Bill Hunter, a legendary Australian actor who has been in more than 50 films, including “Strictly Ballroom,” “The Adventures of Priscilla Queen of the Desert,” “Muriel’s Wedding,” and “Finding Nemo.” As a tough but honest cop, he provides us with a center for all the mayhem. “Fever,” which inexplicably went direct-to-video, is a thriller worth finding.

Parents + Why I Love Randy Quaid

Since the 1971 classic “The Last Picture Show” and spanning all the way to 2005’s “Brokeback Mountain,” there have been few better modern character actors than Randy Quaid. With his unique demeanor, which can be bumbling, serious, or seriously imposing, he is an unstoppable force. I reflected on this while watching the new Vestron Collection Limited Edition Blu-Ray of 1989’s “Parents,” which is perhaps the greatest horror comedy ever made. It is about the Laemle’s, a typical 1950’s family whose life looks good from the outside-until you realize that young Michael (played by Bryan Madorsky) is mentally ill, while his parents (played by Randy Quaid and Mary Beth Hurt) seem to be hiding something. Could they be… CANNIBALS?

This movie almost makes “Blue Velvet” look like a walk in the park. We share young Michael’s perspective for the entire film, and we share his apprehension about the “leftovers” his parents keep trying to get him to eat. Michael is a strange kid himself, rarely talking and with a young girl friend who claims to be from the moon. Eventually a social worker (played by Sandy Dennis) becomes in his case, but this is not a family sympathetic to outsiders.

This movie plays the audience like a piano, with great 1950’s-style music (mostly by Angelo Badalamenti) and period recreations. We never know what’s going to happen next. Ultimately, the clash between this strange boy and his stranger environment is what the film is about, and the film leaves an indelible impression.

At the center of it all is Randy Quaid. Comedic and nerdy one second, unbelievably menacing the next, his performance is one of the best ever for a horror film. This film scares me like few others do. The picture and sound quality on the Blu-Ray are excellent, and so are the extras. The director, Bob Balaban, explains on the commentary that the film is about him and his childhood. What a scary childhood he must have had!

Randy Quaid and his wife have been in some trouble with the law over the past 10 years or so and currently reside in Vermont. Apparently he has retired from film and TV acting. Well, Randy, have a great retirement, because you are awesome! Don’t miss “Parents” on Blu-Ray!

Global Stagnation

Stagnation is the best word to describe this economic system with low
growth, massive debt, and very few monopolies making all the cash with very minor contributions to the economic system and productivity https://www.cnbc.com/2017/06/05/revised-q1-2017-productivity.html. The reason the globalists want everything stagnant is so they can have the government and the big corporate monopolies take over every facet of our lives https://www.nbcnews.com/tech/internet/amazon-hungry-it-s-coming-your-cable-channels-n801781, so that they can hoard all the cash. This is why the volatility of money is stagnant https://seekingalpha.com/article/4087640-low-volatility-limited-u-s-stocks. The money is flowing from the many to the few (perpetually). The public only gets the crumbs of welfare or low wage jobs, plus the same technology recycled over and over but with fancier packaging, ever higher price tags (inflation) and largely worthless miniscule ‘updates’.

Over-priced cell phones for the image-conscious (that most people are too
stupid to barely use the internet on and do any research anyhow) https://www.cnbc.com/video/2017/09/12/apple-iphone-x-price-starts-at-999-dollars-available-november-3.html, and rent
hikes are where the regular people’s cash is going. Into an abyss. There’s
no money left to buy other stuff for many lower class people. So rents and
cell phones and tech all explode up, gas and car prices crash http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-08-14/used-car-prices-crash-lowest-level-2009-amid-glut-lease-supply. and we get to
stagflation eventually in a matter of time (once the I rates go up to where
they should have been the last ten years).

Looker is Overlooked

Although best known today as the creator of “E.R.” and the author of “Jurassic Park,” Michael Crichton was also an overlooked sci-fi auteur whose films included the classic original “Westworld,” the chilling “Coma,” and the Tom Selleck-Gene Simmons cult film “Runaway.” His most overlooked film, however, is the ahead-of-it’s-time “Looker” from 1981 starring Albert Finney as a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon whose clients are dropping off like flies. All of the models who are dying work for sinister James Coburn and have recently had very minor surgery done to make them “perfect.” Together with Susan Dey, who is working for Coburn and wants to know what’s going on, Finney uncovers a plot to take real models, kill them, and turn them into computerized images. These images will then be used in the worst advertisements ever, both political and for products, and will turn the audience into virtual zombies. Only Finney can stop the madness, by killing the people responsible in scenes that resemble “They Live” and “Videodrome.” If that’s not cool enough already, there’s nudity and an awesome ray gun that zaps you out of consciousness so you’re one step closer to being a victim of computerization.

This film has both a relatively believable and very scary plot along with a ton of action. Director Chrichton correctly guessed that computers would be taking over for actors on the future, and that audiences would be seduced into watching terrible advertisements. He also guessed correctly about plastic surgery becoming popular. This film becomes one of the best 1980’s sci-fi films because it is plausible, scary, sexy, and fun. Available in a widescreen DVD with the trailer and commentary by Crichton, this film is not to be missed by any serious sci-fi fan!

Storm Over Warlock Coulda Been Better

This book, Storm Over Warlock, is from back in the day, in the 70’s. It had a female sci-fi fantasy author named Andre Norton. My Kajukenbo teacher from back in the day was stoked to hear I was digging her book, since he thought her books had been lost in time. Just from a glance at the title and the cover, I was pretty sure this book would rule.

The bright side of reading this was that it was a quick read at 200 pages and pocket lunch book size. It definitely kept me turning the pages. The best thing is that there really are no good guys, just a bunch of aggressive alien surveyors and locals. Think of the Dark Crystal crossed with Conan the Barbarian and Aliens and you start tio get the picture. Very heavy on the fantasy, with little in the way of hard sci-fi, this book certainly takes your mind off of things. Maybe you got tired of US hurricane coverage and should take a break from that and read about Storm Over Warlock instead.

There’s much talk of skull mountain, many offerings of green potions, but the dialogue isn’t that great, and some of the writing is a bit obtuse. Nevertheless this book is great at painting pictures and landscapes which take you away in escapism. There are some fairly shallow efforts to get into cultural anthropology, but good enough overall to say this book was slightly above average overall, and just basically kicks ass cause its about alien warlocks. I have a rule that anything about alien warlocks will always get a good review from me, until the day I die. Alien warlocks need to stick together. That said, this book coulda been better.
