I’m writing this to give you advance notice that IMF is closing down. I’m posting a farewell article on Monday and taking it and In Bona Fide down on the 9th or 10th. You have until then to make backup copies of your articles if you want them. If you want an XML backup file of your posts (for importing into a WordPress blog), I can get one for you if you ask.
Don’t worry about me – I haven’t been outed or anything like that. I’m quitting because I’m leaving the country in a few weeks as part of a new opportunity I’ve been given, and I simply don’t have the time to maintain the site anymore. I’ll have more to say on Monday.
